I fear the migraines as I am addicted to caffeine at the moment... but know that overall my body will take care of me as I take care of IT :)

I recommended that Tereza watches this video to see what it low calorie means. lots of good info for starters on this path. you're definitely in the right mindset :]

Good luck to you - im about three weeks in RAW but day three of pure 801010 ... this is fantastic site to keep you going and the better you feel the easier it becomes.... I had the worst migraine ever last night but this morning im up bright as a button!! ..... everybodys so welcoming here. Keep at it... X

Thank you Tarah!! and thank you Paul!!! Smoothies are for sure the way to go ;) and i'm really liking the sound of the GREEN puddings!!! yumm!!! :) I understand that it WILL take time like you said Paul, all I can do is stick with it and move forward each and every day!!!

Make sure that your bananas are ripe, with brown spots and no green on them. They should be very sweet with no starchy taste. I've noticed that I'm able to eat a lot more when the fruit is ripe as opposed to unripe. Also, it will take some time for your stomach to stretch out to accommodate the much larger volume of food necessary to get in enough calories. It'll get easier, and you'll be pounding them down like a champ in no time!

Great start! Definitely aim at getting in more fruity calories, as you know. I would try having a smoothie for brekfast, as it will allow you to get in more calories without the bulk of just eating bananas. Also, try some dates, as they're higher in calories but not nearly as filling. I love eating banana ice cream with chopped dates for easy calories. Green puddings are also a great way to get in more while getting minerals.

70 BANANAS A DAY?!

I bought 10 bunches of bananas (70 bananas!) and lugged them home! When you are on this fruity-love-love-love lifestyle, you gotta make sure you have enough fruits! Especially when on banana island ^_^* Eat more to live more!
