Yay!  I can train less than an hour a week and have those kind of results.  I don't want to be bulky like you, but I do want some great definition!  Yay!

Hi Chris, I'm visiting your website, you're amazing!!!
I come from Italy and it would be great to come to Long Island to visit you and follow your courses... I hope I will find the money next year, because I think the same way as you: Food is the key! Everybody should feel satisfied with it, it is a priority!
You are a very inspiring person!

Hey Chris! Thank you for joining us on this community! I am really impressed with your results, and even more impressed with your approach to debunking the raw vegan myth. I am a 120lb. 5'10" 25 year old with chronic lower back problems. I was also in a bad car accident when I was 15, and have not gained ANY weight WHAT SO EVER in that ten years, most of which was spent eating poorly.

Recently, I have decided to pursue LFRV as a method of getting myself back together. I know the power of fruit energy, and how invigorating it is.. and I can't wait to apply that knowledge vigorously.

My goal is to do what you are doing, debunk the raw myth.

TEN YEARS of eating meat, dairy, grains, etc... NO MASS GAIN AT ALL.

TWO WEEKS of raw, and I saw noticeable build increase.

Anyway, I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your presence here, and how much of a HUGE inspiration you are to me personally. I feel like the background described in this video was my own, and I so very much look forward to developing such impressive gains.
