This is what I made for breakfast this morning, I figured I'd grab it on film for you guys. It's really rare I have mint on hand and don't do a lot of recipes during the day, too. So, this is a rare event for me. However, I'm working on small recipe book, it should be out hopefully by this year. So, if you like this one, you'll definitely like the rest of what I got.

Comment by Mike Vlasaty/Fruit and Strength on April 20, 2012 at 2:50pm Peter, you are right on. I got a bunch of mint outside that's growing back from last year, but not much. You can't get rid of the stuff.
Comment by Peter on April 20, 2012 at 9:15am Nice. You mention that you are running low on mint. Mint is one of the easiest herbs to grow. It's considered a weed and should be confined to pots. Find a twigg of mint with roots in tact and then pot it. In a relatively short time you will have plenty of mint.
