Another thing, his liver enzymes are totally normal.  You can show that to all the paleo critics that say fructose causes a fatty liver.

Also, I might add, after years following a plant based diet it is not uncommon to have low white blood cell count like Chris.  It is a sign of a powerful immune system and a body free of excess inflammation.
