this is a video I performed in for a song I wrote. I was 90%raw vegan with avocado salads, some soups (with salt!) and oils, with juices and smoothies. i trained for months and the weight just wouldn't come of. I was walking for up to 4 hrs a day!!! to the point I now have a stress/tendon injury thing in my foot and haven't been able to train for a year. once I finshed the video, I had to stop the training, and guess what? I got fat on that diet! however it all lead me here.. weight is coming of slowly but I feel much happier. hope to start cycling soon my foot is still puffy
