My jaws getting tired eating all the fruit...lol. You know it's true, me and my family always thought too much fruit will make you fat...wow, what a load, "but how would we know" it's the conditioning it's what were taught to believe. It's scary to think you can eat eat eat fruit and that's ok. But I'm giving it a go, and I haven't been disappointed. Now the trick is finding good acceptable fruit to eat.
This is a great video more women need to know about calorie restriction and how awful it is on thier bodies. My mom and I went on a road to trip a couple weeks ago and in the car I ate tons of oranges, apples, & bananas my mom was looking at me like a crazy person. She never knew a person could eat that much fruit. After seeing how much energy I had, clear thinking, and how my digestion was so smooth she wanted to give it a try. Now shes up to 3 peices a day from almost none. I'm so proud of her! Now my mom, my boss, even my sister thought fruit makes you fat & said it has way too much sugar!!! Now they have an abundance of fruits on hand & aren't in fear of fruit!
My doctor put me on a low carb diet for high blood sugar and I became clinicly dehydrated even though I was drinking so much water! now I understand "carbo-HYDRATE" dah.
