? Yeah- I don't think I have ever tried one of her recipes because there are too many ingredients. She is very good at explaining how to make things though.

Mark : The audio is really good. You will be interested that Ani is personally eating way simpler than what is in her books. She eats a lot of fruits and takes no supplements. Very impressive and not what i expected given her recipes. I think she has evolved. 


Sarah: yes she radiates. See above as I too was very impressed with her personal lifestyle versus her recipes.

She is so beautiful!!! There is often a lot of overts  in her recipes though.
