Plant-based raw eating is the best! Now that I'm doing 80/10/10 within the parameters and eating 2500 calories a day and exercising, I am on my way to excellent health.

I found you guys at the start of this year and have now been on 80 10 10 for almost a month. This week I had a massive order of bananas so decided to do a few mono fruit days with just bananas, I;m on my 3rd day now. I have always had bad skin even as a child I would react to just going to the beach. My acne on banana island has flared up again... Is this a detox reaction?
