I thought this was an interesting piece. Curious what everyone's commentary on this is.
To me I hold this into question. They never really went into what the "detox diet" exactly was. I even think "detox" diet even had fish in it. I think saw chickpeas in it, too.
I think the body can only detox so much at a time, regardless of diet, which is what they showed.
However, I don't think this means we should all be grabbing extra burnt pieces of toast and start chowing down.

I also, have read of cilantro "chelating" metals out of the body and water fasting helping things out to according studies in Dr. Fuhrman book on fasting.
Don't you wish you had all the money in the world to do all these fun tests yourself? I know I do.
