i also like putting cored cucumber with my rice.. cut in half and take out the middle with a spoon and slice into strips ... i eat fruit all day + cucumber + rice for supper tons of times

Your liver is the main organ for burning fat. But unfortunately, if your body is dehydrated, it has to help your kidney do it's work of filtering wastes etc (your kidney needs a lot of water to do its work). Just like at work/school project, when a team member cannot do his/her work properly, you have to help them with their work - and it affects greatly on your own efficiency (which is to burn fat).

i do three of the things you mentioned so hopefully i am on my way to a flat stomach. all i need to do is work on having more sleep. i am so busy with school work that i only get 6 hours a night!!
