Three Easy Tips on How to Make Raw Compost:
1) Eat Organic Produce and Collect the Scraps
2) Create a space in your backyard where you can throw the scraps. Mix these scraps in with your soil. Perhaps add organic materials such as newspapers, carbon, and even nitrogen to help the matter break down more quickly. If it's truly fresh and turned, smell will not be of issue.
3) Rotate your soil with a shovel about once a week, then wait for the matter to decompose. After about 4-6 weeks, the fruit and vegetable matter becomes rich soil. Some of the seeds composted may even grow new matter! From life springs new life!
Never feel badly again about throwing away food because you can give it back to the earth to grow more abundance! Learn to compost and create rich soil for our planet. From rich soil grows nutrient dense food! This food fuels our bodies and creates a richer, more beautiful earth!

Comment by Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram on June 8, 2012 at 6:03pm Thanks you guys! Composting is one of the best things to do for the soil and for our bodies. The best fruits grow in the richest soils :)
i LOVE this
I loved your video. Just after it finished I heard a truck pull up out the front. It was a delivery of corrugated iron. I have three large compost bins (plastic type but they are full (and it's just my son and I most of the time). So I've decided to make a double bay compost unit. 2 x 1 CUM (cubic meter) bays. Now that should get things cooking. I'll post a video on "How To". FFF
Comment by Vicki Sorenson on June 8, 2012 at 4:35am Thanks, Kristina, for another truly inspiring video. We need one of these company's in EVERY community. It completes the full cycle of all this fruit consumption.
