Keeping it simple these days because my body just wants mono meals now. I'm eating Kiwi's, bananas, dates, oranges, some veggies. Every time I make a zucchini pasta with whatever sauce, I get bad stomach pains (heart burn). Sometimes it even makes me throw up like the other night - it was horrible. I keep thinking that it was the sauce of whatever I used that night but I'm starting to think it is the actual zucchini (courgettes) that are making me sick which bums me out because I like eating zucchini pastas. I'm still experimenting though to try and make sure because I just don't want to stop eating all together if not completely sure. My digestion is kind of messed up right now because of it. My digestion is very happy on mono meals.

Wish I was in Rio right now - go for the 11 then if it works for you. They are awesome and make short work of chopping yourself for sure. Looks like it's raining there. What are you eating these days?
Mine is an 11 cup which is fine, but understanding the problem of shipping costs if I were you I would have him bring me a 14 cup. That way, you will never grow out of it and if you buy a good quality one like the Cuisinart I have it will last you a long time. I love mine and it is beautiful. What do you dehydrate? That is the only thing missing from my appliances and am going to get one soon.
Haha thank you! You as well. Yeah, being from the typical "Woman's Fitness" magazine standpoint and absorbing all the "unproffesional" articles on places like bodybuilding.com I've always assumed fruit = sugar and sugar = straight to fat, therefore, fruit = fat. That doesn't really seem to be the case, though. I'm surprised. I definitely haven't eaten as many calories in fruit in the past few days as everyone else does, no, but I've LOST weight. Not that I'm trying to lose weight at all, definitely not, I'm just saying.
Haha that's awesome! I'm a little confused, I've had people show me pictures of themselves after a high calorie consumption of fruits, and then others that said they gained weight (and didn't like it). so I'm still a little iffy about diving headfirst into this. but who knows. Lots of people say they effortlessly leaned out, and others said they gained anywhere from 8-20 lbs. Strange. My body fat is at 8%, my weight is about 105. I'm happy with my body and training, I'd like it to stay the same if not improve. Did you have those kinds of thoughts first starting out?
i eat all day. I am about to release a video called 'meals vs. grazing' and I am very much in favor of eating all day at a moderate pace, rather than stuffing myself with only a few meals a day. I never want to stuff myself again where I feel like I can explode, i am much better eating all day like most animals in nature. I am often seen pealing oranges, eating a melons, or stone fruits all day long... it's the best way to get in a ton of calories without having to stuff at meals!
Oi. Comecei a ler o 80/10/10. Tenho muita vontade de seguir essa dieta mais ainda preciso estudar muito sobre o assunto e me determinar mais. Vi suas fotos no Flickr, muito legais. ^^

but i suppose if i could surf i'd rather be outside doing that than watching a tv screen. still; those brazilian players never cease to amaze me.
i am going to visit brazil some day, when i get outta school. good to know there will be some 811ers to hang out with!
I guess my only suggestion would be trying to find some sort mesh/wire shelf and to ripen them on that. Perhaps the humidity in Brazil is causing the problem, and better ventilation would work. My experience is in cold New England.
Thanks for getting back to me.
Could you elaborate on what areas exactly you liked and disliked? I would really appreciate some insight, as the foodnsport description of the program isn't as detailed as i hoped. Thanks again.
