Thanks for the suggestion!  I am in the process of writing a recipe book, which I´m trying to release next month.  I´m keeping it simple though, not too much serious stuff.  Glad to meet u on 30B! 

Oh my gosh! SUPER! Yeah, I can cut it, no biggie. I'll bring an old knife that can get latex-y. I might have a special treat from the Asian store to bring, too...we'll see if it's good. ;)

Yay! I know, I went to one a while ago. I requested that they bring low-fat recipes...we'll see how they take to that. ;) I'll make sure to bring lots of whatever it is I'm bringing, just in case.

Same here! It's pretty awesome in Hawaii, especially having access to all the exotics. It's so cool to be able to go a couple hundred feet and pick fruit fresh off the trees. :)

Thanks for the reply! Yes, my bf and I would absolutely love the 411 on the good 811 bulk fruit spots in Pittsburgh. Right now we are using the Regional produce center in Philadelphia to get all our bulk fruits and veggies but hope there is something as inexpensive and convenitent near shadyside in pitts.
