How did you transition into being raw? Did you overnight go 100% or did you take your time?
And also, I am scared of getting big leg muscles. I know it's a little dumb but I'm looking into the types of exercises I want to try to shape my body but everybody who tries all the different things doesn't have the same body, so I don't know exactly what to attribute it to for them. Do you have any advice for slender legs (as in exercise I mean).
Oh yes of course. I've heard of people who spent years 90% raw and exercised a ton and only saw the real difference when they went 100%, even though they didn't change anything else. Would you say that this method makes you body tighter than the other methods? As in the sense of, for example kickboxing helped you lose a lot of weight but you gained a lot of muscle so you didn't really get smaller? I have friends who are scared of that happening to them, I used to be scared of it as well, which is why I never tried lifting weights or anything of the sort.

Tracy's workouts look like so much fun! I can't buy her DVDs though, I don't have a paypal or anything like that. But I am trying to jog at least 2 miles every day. I love dancing too, it's my passion. Do you have an extraneous tips that you wouldn't mind sharing about exercising for weight loss? :)

haha sweet, I just got your comment too... Life is good in CO during the summertime... and winter is awesome too because of all the skiing and boarding, but still the cold makes it not as awesome as summer haha... what about you? how do you like LA?

LA is quite the place. I am contemplating moving there after my Mexico/ possibley south america adventure. I really dug Venice, while I was there. Either LA, SD, or SF. I spent some time in Seattle recently and I am over it. Cali is the place to be. Here in Mexico I have a little 3 bedroo house I am house-sitting at if you want to come down you're more than welcome :)
