Hi Robert! I think there's another Allison on here who may have posted the question about greens. I definitely think they're important and lately I eat them everyday! But I eat tons of fruit too! Great to be friends with you!
I noticed you quest for some tasty dressings, for salads: Here's some suggestions:
Blend any of the following:
1) tomato/date/basil or parsley
3)unsalted, organic sun dried tomato/celery (salty tasting)
4)lemon/avocado/celery (once a week at most)
5)lemon/cilantro/young coconut meat (again use sparingly)
Experiment with these for now-try to get the best ingredients for the best taste.
