I buy from Costco as well, since it's bulk. Sometimes I buy from the ''reduced'' section, and get bananas 50% off, and they're perfectly ripe. As for the Potluck, I had no idea there were any other vegans in Winnipeg, let alone a raw potluck :P I might not be able to go, but if plans change I will let you know :)
