what do you mean about the 2 a month? :) Yes I feel my Bandhas much more. But since you have only been tqwo weeks, you can probably not se the results already. Give it some time it will come :) I have difficulty getting up early because I really need 10-12 hours every night. So I mostly do my practice in afternoon. Do you think that is bad? :S
How awesome :) I've only been doing it for about two weeks! And I did not do much yoga beforehand so I am pretty inflexible. But I have already have major changes, and the most important part is, that is really improves my overall lifequality. And I just love it. To bits, I could do it all day haha. I tried it first time at a retreat in thailand here two weeks ago, they had a indian teatcher, shesadri, from mysore, visiting. What an experience, to try him!!
