Hello there your masjesty! Thank you for the add sorry for the late reply. I have taken this week to have a break from the net and also to explore how I can implement LFRV in my life after my 30 day trial was cut short! I love your pictures especially the face in the rock,... beautiful. How long have you been LFRV?
Love and light to you sista :)

Thank you, Raw Gypsy Queen. Your last comments were very helpful. I think, it does come down to educating people, wherever I happen to be. And not coming from the place of necessarily wanting the other person to begin eating raw with me. I think I'd need to emphasize that I've made this choice eating this way, because it makes feel good, it makes me feel more conscious...which it does. It's very interesting that you are a Raw Food Chef/Instructor. It means that you can really whip up those raw vegan specialties....some of which I have really loved in the past. I tried the higher fat raw foods some years ago, but could not stick with it. And did not feel that much healthier than when I was eating an cooked vegan faire.
I know what you mean about the lightness of the LFRV foods compared to the other. I really have the desire to exercise with the LFRV lifestyle. But I have to admit....what I often crave is cooked quinoa. :-)
Anyway. Raw Gypsy Queen. Am enjoying your company. Comment back when you can. Be Well!!

Hello, Raw Gypsy Queen. How are you? Thank you for adding me as your friend. It's quite a challenge to be doing raw on my own like this, so it sure helps to have people like yourself accompanying me on the journey.
Question: How long have you been eating raw, and are you low fat vegan or some other type? I'd be interested in knowing. My most challenging times are with family or social gatherings with cooked food all around. I tend to "cave" under those circumstances. Have you encountered that? Wishing you well, Doug.

Hi gypsy queen. Just bought the book by dr. graham this week. Been reading reading and reading. I have a toddler and I am a little concerned about feeding her. I just don't want to keep going back and forth between cooked foods and raw. You got any suggestions. Oh I just relocated to florida.. and ideas on where to get the best fruit?

The apartment I rented is probably taken. I recommend just walking the backroads and asking locals if they know of a cheap place to rent. Look for signs that say: "SE RENTA". Good luck!

Hi RGQ,

You can order chocolate sapote and other tropical fruits from Taylor Snipes. His e-mail address is Taylor@pathofhealth.org or you can contact him through 30Bad.

You can get durian from almost any Asian Market. There's one in Middletown. You can also get them from the Hong Kong Market in East Brunswick or the Asian Markets in Edison and Pistcataway.
