Hey Emery, Thanks for the feedback. My W.O are short to, tend to do them about 4 times a week. Been doing 811 for about a year, If ind my recovery is very good and have energy to W.O but I am not building more maintaining. I know what they say about protein but I wonder if I am a bit to low sometimes I am at 30 grams (average anywhere from 30-45). To get some more calories I eat dates quite often which are not high in protien. I find my muscle are softer then before and my tone seems not quite as good. It could be also that my body is still transitioning I have heard Tim Trader say that some 811ers take a year before their body can start to put muscle on. What's your Take?
Thanks Emery you will make a great example of having a great build on 811, I saw some earlier pics and will put some of those as well (should increase the female traffic on the thread :)). Your pics of the landscape is amazing. How does the diet work with family for you? (I have to little ones as well)
For sure! Been exercising way more, using are elliptical at the house on almost every day off. Figured I should be putting it to use, its just sitting here. I have also been stretching and doing abdominal exercises before the elliptical. Putting those carbs too work! Peace bro and I hope to see you in hawaii!! =D
