Thank you :) YES I know, I always tell people that I've never before enjoyed my food as much as I do now! This diet is pure luxury :D and I thrive even in the north of Norway in March hehe, and the big supermarket here has a new policy that all the organic produce is the same price or less than the conventional! The future is now :)

yes I've visited ko pha ngan last year and it is very developed now, I much prefer the quiet island of ko payam on the west coast :) I'd love to visit northern thailand sometime, but yes as you say so many places to see. how long have you been in hawaii for?
