Hey. I've just read your comment . I'm so sorry for the late reply. Anyways yeah i don't spend more than 50 pounds a week. I live in leeds and go every saturday to the Markets, I used to by my fruits from Sansburrys tesco or Asda, byt the It's way too expenssive and not even good quality. My staple fruits are Dates, medjool dates, I buy as many as I can carry, I change it from time to time especially when I go back home to Italy an Morocco , I use mangos as a staple instead, bananas are good too, and less expenssive , but they don't work for me as much as the others, I from time to time, I by my my other fruits from the shops , prunes, peachs , and all sorts of berrys!! I love berrys. If you have any other question don't hesitate asking me :)

Hey PLA!! I have been really good about being pure fruit for over a month- totally a big deal for me- but then..... someone told me that I have to be 100% right now or I will just gain weight doing this.... and now... and now.... I'm not doing as well as I should.... in hebrew we say that I need "chizuk" (literally to be strengthened)  

I moved to Israel 6 years ago when I got married- from NY-- and I married an Israeli guy!! This is by far the best place to be healthy... people here naturally eat more fruit and veggies to- it is just part of the wonderful life here....

When are you coming? What do plan on doing??
