are you blending any greens into your smooties, are you eating smoothies or just fruit straight up out of the earth:))
the blending really helps to have them asimilated into the system better, stop digestive discumfort ans fatigue and strengyhen stomach acid to help digest things whole in the future.
try starting the day with one and see if that helps you stick, can eliminate fat cravings too.

i grew up on kibbutz meggido near afulla left when i was 8 1/2almost 811 but not quite, haha!!!
so not stricly a newby, to the country at least or the culture but definately to being 811 in israel.
I see it all to often that people on a high carb raw vegan diet are under eating which causes massive cravings for calorie dense fatty fruits which has negative consequences which i discuss in this video.
