I actually, live in Clovis and have all my 50 yrs.! I have only been to Europe once and it was to the UK when our band did a 20 day tour there in 1991...then we went back to Fresno to get my kids and got on another plane to NYC to visit family...We decided to go to the top of the Twin Towers with the kids..wow, what view! My son actually took a penny and ran it through one of those image presses..So, now he has a flattened penny with an image of the Twin Towers! He had it made into necklace! The Towers came down a month later...we were glad to have visited them.

Well, I am new to this whole fruit thing. I have been vegan, high raw really for more than a year. My daughter is also new to 811, but is reconsidering because she has put on weight with all the increased calories! She gave it her 100% best shot and she simply felt like she was spending her whole day EATiNG! She has added some grains and lentils back into her day..we'll see. I am doing my best with the increased fruit..My diet was more greens before, so now I have flipped it. Put on about 5lbs and don't know what to think. Gonna hang in there. I think that when you embark on a diet like this you better increase your exercise or you can put on some weight...

How are you feeling with this diet?
