What I recommend to my mentoring students is to start out with a fruit only smoothie in the morning. Followed later with a green smoothie. Snacks being fruit or vegies during the afternoon with a big salad with blended vegies/fruits for dressing for a dinner meal. Get your sleep! Drink your water. Fats are our worst enemy, even raw fats. No sodium and if you are on caffeine in any form taper off.
You'll do great. Don't beat yourself up hon. We all falter and fail. We are filled with chemicals that mess with us for a long time. If you crave salt eat celery, tomatoes or greens. The goal is a lb of greens per day. If you crave sweets eat fruit. This program wants us to EAT MORE. And CARB UP. lol
