Hi Stuart May, - Simply put it a winter climate is the opposite of our species natural or biological climate. Winter climate compromises many areas of a healthy lifestyle. For example notice how pale people around you in England are. Then notice how the temperature is 40 deg. Centigrade below our body temperature and tell me if that is healthy to live in. Then tell me how good are the fruits when compared to local tropical fruits. Not how little fresh air your skin is exposed to and how many layers of clothing are suffocating it. Note how dark it is, note how short the daylight is. I could go on but I hope you see the point. Skip a few winters entirely by going to an ideal tropical climate and you will never be satisfied with COPING with winter. I am not talking about any kind of COPING I am talking about health supercharging hope this is clear. Mimicking the average person is not the plan. Fitness is great nice to see that you enjoy long distance running, just remember that being fit does not equal being healthy many high performance athletes dropped dead of heart attacks.
Thanks for starting the thread on Peter. I just wanted to suggest editing the title to say he is a LFRV 30BaD member who plays snooker professionally. Most people would probably not know who he was. It might get more people to see the thread and cheer him on.
Hi Stuart the price was 28.40 for 18kg I think still not as good as yours but excellent for organic only thing is they were very green so no good for eating straight away. The fruit and veg shop opposite the other shop in causway head does really good price if you not after organic and seem good quality but I like the farm shop they used to get me raw milk before I gave it up. Nick
Hi Stuart I get mine from a farm shop out on the Helston road just past Marazion, a box of organic bananas for under £30. In town there is a shop up causeway head on the left or Tesco just out of town, organic watermelon £3.99 they have organic dates, mangoes, etc.
I am away the first week of June so can't show you around. meet up when i get back if you free and good luck with your Mum hope she is not to bad. Nick
