Goal was to add fruit - 1st fruit breakfast then adding lunch etc... I dropped meat & became vegetarian then vegan w/n 2 months time, then juice feast for 30 days & banana island for 2 wks. Husband loved my results so much he wanted to join & we are restarting all over together this month. I didn't eat enough fruit 1st time around & didn't have any recipes to help with greens. I found FullyRawKristina, Rawfully Organic, Megan Elizabeth, & Terri Leventhal on YouTube & they have amazing advice & recipes. This time around we are just jumping in w/ both feet. Chonometer or something like that should help you iron out your calories. Hope that helps you...still a work in progress on our end.
Hey Candace nice to meet you! Ya we got another Northern Arizonan :) I am always wanting to meet more Vegan's! I hope I can make it to the fruit-luck coming up :) Will have to convince my roommates to go too!

Then at the end of summer I dove right in to Dr. Graham's recommendations for transitioning. I have chronic pancreatitis so my transition has been slower than one would normally do. I'm on my second day of "mono fruit island" & its been amazing so far...
You're welcome. I used to wish I had red hair. But even if I did dye it with henna, it wouldn't have passed with my thick black eyebrows. Therefore I went with another haircolour I love - black. I use a mixture of pure indigo and henna black. :)
Greetings to the 30B and the AZ group, Candace. Beautiful little town, your Payson. I once got some killer apricots at your health food store. Bought the whole flat as a matter of fact :)

I couldn't agree with you more, Candace. This community is my holy sanctuary. :) By the way, I really dig your hair - beautiful colour-combination! :)
The nurse that tells you about that obviously doesn't know her stuff and should stuff it - with fruit - because she is seriously undercarbed...
