Your not the only one- its a bit of an art to dissipate your energy so you can keep all things in check. I find that in those moments where energy is elsewhere and I dont feel like top dietary form its good to have good 'fallback foods'. Mine generally is (saltless) rice with sundried tomatoes for taste or steamed potatoes w/hummous. It doesn't leave me on the feel good a massive banana-celery smoothie would but at least I dont have the hangover effect of dehydration, spice-ridden pores, bad digestion etc. So perhaps when you're out freeing the world from the greatest bondage that has ever existed you should keep a 2kg bag of rice with you to power up on. You can hardly knock yourself then eh- it's quite an endeavour!
Surprised eh? Well the 'awakening' spans across all facets of life, so the man who questions conventional diet would be inclined to question the commerical matrix also. I find as a rule of thumb that anyone who steps outside the herd in any way/ is more open to many things. Where did you find out about 811 may I ask- I cant imagine it was a law dictionary..?
Ive watched all your vids and listened to plenty of your interviews whilst bored at work. First time I saw ya i thought, if i knew him he'd defo be my mate. You are a true warrior!! Im in real admiration of the confidence you have- especially in light of what your challenging. Your doing great things. Peace
Joe
PS Theres every chance in future I might use you for some knowledge- but ill try keep a cap on it as you probably get heaps of it!

Waw, Eurotrips are fun! I did one a couple of years ago. Maybe we can meet when you are in Belgium? When will you be here?
