We do not condone suggesting that less than 2500 calories is ok, nor do we condone recommending against calorie counting, or the mistaken notion that one can get fat by eating too much fruit, all of which were contained in your post. Please refrain from such advice on 30BaD.
The rest of your reply to her was fine, if you'd like to repost the encouragement to throw out the scale and the other sentiments you made, please feel free to. But please familiarize yourself with the guidelines you agreed to when you signed up to the forum: we're quite strict when it comes to recommendations that go against our calorie guidelines.
