You are very kind Yamah, we all love your sweet words and thoughts. My children are young adults now, but they are truly compassionate, as you saw them. Unfortunately the wheatgrass store is gone, as there was not enough customers to pay the high rent, but I'm still drinking it, nevertheless. One day soon I may open up another health spa just for juices, salads and smoothies combined with a small yoga studio. That's my dream anyway. Have a blessed day, and keep spreading the fruity and compassionate words further.

Thank you for the friend invite. So you like Bikram yoga too, eh? I used to teach it, however, I found more steady progress on less heat and more postures, versus sticking to the same 26 for decades, as some do. So I teach a slightly different sequence, that we named after Bikram's teacher, Bishnu. Still some heat, but nothing compared to some other studios' boasting scale. More like 100 Fahrenheit.

yes, my love for Osho is unlimited, unconditional and ever inspiring me, and pass it on to my yoga students daily, through reading, talking about him. May we cross our paths in many ways, Yamah!

i worked for 6 month in a hostel and learned some language. I like Portugues as well, Japanese, dialects like Catalan...but step by step....
