Hi Matt, I'm glad to know there are other vegans here. I felt like I'm all alone in this meat and potatoes town. I get a lot of my fruit from Abundant Harvest. They bring organic produce baskets to town every Saturday. Otherwise, I buy my produce from Trader Joe's, Lassen's, or Costco. Sometimes I make a run to Whole Foods in Valencia by Magic Mountain. Then there is always the Farmer's Market by the old Montgomery Wards building. That's a good option during the spring and summer when lots of fruit are ripe.

Hey!! :) Wow, good to know I'm not alone here! And gosh, as much as I'd LOVE to help, I really don't have any fruit connects. Bakersfield is so tiny, I didn't know there was any more of us!! Haha. But I get all my fruit from Costco cause that's where my mom shops and we go like twice a week... Lol maybe YOU can help me get connected!! ;)
Oh actually, if you go to the swap meet tuesday mornings you can score a HUGE bag of oranges for like seven bucks & they are absoluuuutely delicious!
