Hey by the way.... when is canistel truly ripe? I have 3 and the one i opened earlier i wasn't sure about. It was soft, indented easily with the touch of my finger, and pierced easily... but im not so sure it was ripe because i got the film on the top of my mouth after a while...?

Actually, I'm still recovering from a back injury and my back flexibility is only about 70 percent, so I probably won't be able show off too much in the moves department. But I would like to come to the potluck.
I love some of those salads, but I don't know the fat content... and it would change depending upon who prepares the salad... most 811'ers would want to add their own "dressing" .... the ceasar salad needs an 811 counterpart;>
