I didn't find becoming a fruitarian a struggle. I think a transitional diet helped plus I started on the path with a group of buddies, which was great.
I love Orange juice diets, and have felt so good on them, but others think that they are not good for health. I try to use organic properly ripe Oranges and only consume, in a day, the juice from as many Oranges as I could eat in their whole state.
There have also been two doctors who helped people heal, using Orange juice diets.
I guess we have to find the path that works for us, it may not always be the same path that works for someone else.
