Thanks heaps for the warm welcome Chris. So looking forward to getting in, looking around & meeting everyone. So awesome to find a like minded community of people. Can't wait to absorb it all.
Hey Chris thanks for the welcome and for the link will check it out now :)
I do find that when filled up on yummy fruit I'm less tempted for other things. On my own I'm completely fine ... just socially, I guess it will get easier with time! x
i have had 8 bananas, two peaches, one pear, a big smoothy with blueberries/kale/hemp protein/strawberries/raspberries, and now I am eating celery and cucumbers. The stomach pain has settled from the peppermint oil and senna, but I am just paranoid about breaking out from a detox. Do you know much about this diet and acne?
I am on day two of this diet and I am having really bad stomach bloating/pain in my lower abdomen. I have been struggling with constipation for months and months. I was wondering if you could help ease my worry that this is some what normal to have these gut issues. I have been drinking plenty of water and have been peeing like crazy. My bowel movements have been somewhat better in just a day, as in I am not longer having little pellets of stool, it is loosening just a little bit. Could this pressure on my belly be from the 10 bananas and lots of fruit I have been eating? Like I mentioned, I am so very new to this whole thing and do not want to damage myself even more than I already am. I am doing this diet for acne break outs and gut issues. Luckily, I have really strong peppermint oil that I ingest and it helps ease the pain a little bit and have been drinking senna tea. Any feedback would be helpful if you do not mind. Thank you for your time in reading this.
:) it is exactly what I need in the last few months I am retreating more and more from my omnivorous friends who got along with me wonderfully as long as I was vegetarian , but have become very unsupportive since I went vegan. So it is time for a new path it seems with new people :)

hahaha, indeed.
i live (thrive) off green smoothies, and spinach is a great neutral green!
you're the first person on here i've seen that's from Maryland, and that's pretty cool.
Thank you :)
