You probably just need more water at this time, especially if you're eating more dense fruits like bananas and dates. I get pretty thirsty at times too.

Hi Rah, i started myself only a few weeks ago with bodyrock. On their side go to 'Fitness Tips', there is an entry on how to start. I think you can start with any video really (i liked the ones from last week in particular), because she always gives modifications for absolute beginners. And it is just about keeping your own maximum intensity level for 12 minutes, that is doable and fun. I will be mostly offline for the next month, but back on beginning of January and i would love if we would exchange our workout experiences. Someone (windlord) on aimee's 'spring into action: log your training here' threat does these workouts too, you should join their group. They are super helpful and experienced (and fun).
