Thanks for the positive reinforcement! Hang in there yourself. Did you just cut meat out of your diet or did you stop eating dairy products as well? Make sure you drink plenty of water, I still struggle with that. The weight will come off in time :)
Hey! I went for a walk! It definitely helped. I also decided to put off work and visit home for a day. I put my feet in the grass, sat outside and just ate some oranges. I felt better after lying in the sunshine for a while. I really think that you're right. I just need to slow down. I am going to try to keep doing that. :)
I see it all to often that people on a high carb raw vegan diet are under eating which causes massive cravings for calorie dense fatty fruits which has negative consequences which i discuss in this video.
