Hi there...From Malaysia. What is the name of the man on your 30 B photo? I used to have MANY of his books but I forgot his name!!!! Shame on me....Thank you and hope you are well. :)
Great to be your friend! The video is on my page which my be pending approval even though I can see it there. It's also on you tube titled "the 80/10/10 diet". Sort by time posted and mine is there as it was just posted today. If you find it feel free to comment. Have a fruitful day friend yogaranka!
Yes, enjoy Bikram and doing our own flow is wonderful too. Looked at your pics, love the room open set up and all of the wheatgrass growing. And your children are full of compassion, you can see it. What a gift you and your husband are giving the planet in your ways of raising them consciously, it shows up in all of the pics. You are an inspiring Goddess, walking the talk in-deed. Aum Shanthi ~
Yeah there's Hungarian but it's pretty far back... Dad's Dad's Dad came from Hungary methinks. I've been told it means "Cherry" so I'm guessing the ancestors had a big cherry orchard...
Thank you, Great to meet you! Yes this business is sad and I am the minority but also outside of the business I rarely know people who eat healthy... I am a yoga teacher too and I love that much more ;)
Hello! I was wondering where you buy your leafy greens in downtown Toronto? I like to eat like at least 10 oz of spinach at a time, and those 5 oz packs they sell in normal grocery stores are like 4 bucks :S So expensive. I eat spinach almost every day! Do you buy them in Koreatown with the rest of your fruit? How expensive is it?
Thank you very much! It's definitely nice to know some real neighbours :). I am so happy to find people from Toronto area on30BAD! That's awesome that you live so close to Chinatown! I only get to go there every once in a while to see if they have dragon fruit or mangoes on sale, dragon fruit is so incredibly expensive in regular grocery stores. I feel the same way about coconuts! I was happy eating them a couple of months ago and all of the sudden prices sky rocketed..haha. I have only been lfrv this summer, so I don't have any idea what fruits are even available in the Winter! What do you usually eat during that time?
I won't be in Toronto core for a few months due to my work, but when I am back I will definitely be coming in for a visit to your yoga studio!
