welcome to 30bad! the pain could come from salt detox, yes that's a thing! :D
or it could come from fat detox, because the fat does numb us.
so maybe try cutting down slowly and wean off of those two things while adding some nutrition from increased greens or carrot juice. adding greens to your smoothies or using a food processor to shred the greens in your salad makes them many times more nutritious.
also you might consider short one to three day water fasts once or twice a month to speed healing.
