Lovely to hear that you and others are eating a raw food diet in Portugal...Are you in the Lisbon area? I visited there once for satsang with mooji and some beautiful people. Iam in Leiria.

I eat fruit only after 2 years raw foods, I love these ways of eating :) How many are there eating raw that you know?

Thank you so much. I'll definitely try it out next week. At the moment, I can't buy organic fruit at all, so that market might be a good solution :-)

Oh, I didn't know that the one at Aachener Str. also sells Durian. That's just great. Well, that one at Aachener Str., they once told me that they ordered frozen jackfruit, but I was there now and then, and it still hadn't arrived yet :(. Next to the whole Durian, they also sell already peeled Durian in little boxes.

Hey, ich habe grade deinen Post zum Thema "financial aspects" gelesen. Ist ja cool, ich komme auch aus Köln :-) Wie lange machst du schon 801010?

Du hattest in deinem Post einen Laden mit sehr billigem Obst empfohlen. Kannst du mir vielleicht sagen, wo genau der in Köln ist und wie er heißt? Ich hatte bisher nicht soo viel Zeit zum Suchen und meist lande ich dann doch wieder beim Rewe oder so.

Ein guter und großer Asialaden ist in der Marktstraße. Der hat ganze (leider gefrorene) Durians :-)
