Hey Kiatta, Please to meet you. I applaud you for taking charge of your health. I am sorry but presently I am not in CR anymore. I am traveling through Asia where there is plenty of beautiful fruit. Fruits and veggies selection is great here in New York. We get about everything and anything! I am really starting to embrace the various fruits here, most especially in the summer and fall--yummy! What about Georgia? Funny that you say that about Pittsburgh--my friend is getting her PhD over there in Pittsburgh and was considering checking it out for my dietetic internship. Ahh, doesn't hurt to visit though lol

Did you read the book 80/10/10 ? i wanted to go to CT on friday... but we had a horrible storm and I did not go to meet the author of the book 80-10-10... i have started to read the book several times but... it is a little too wordy for me.... i want to get to the meat of the subject.... how is the diet going for you/ Elaine
