Hey, I don't actually use a recipe for that zuke hummus recipe- I just throw everything in the food processor and adjust it to taste. I probably get carried away with the tahini! And, gosh, I'd never use garlic- ;) !

Hey, what do you put on your salads? that's one of the main reasons I'm still eating starch for dinner is because I don;t like 811 salad dressings. It's pleasurable for me to put butternut squash on greens and eat that but near impossible for me to eat very much salad with fruit on top. thanks! take care...
FYI, I'm not dead....LOL. I am 5 days eating 811 and doing great...no overts...none. I hit bottem on Friday night. Ate 4 slices of pizza...best thing I ever did. Woke up Sat. wanting to die...lesson learned, the hard way. I got right on the wagon and haven't looked back. Still not using chronometer. Don't get it. No matter what I eat, it says 42% fat...even though I haven't eaten any overts. I'm using Spark to track calories so I have an idea where I'm at. I feel much, much better. Thanks for your help. Alex
