Good day,

I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and demand it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I
found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on (guei.sop@yandex.com) for the full details.

Have a nice day,
Sophie Guei

Yeah man your very welcome. He wa any first inspiration off YouTube as I was training for my first ultra marathon and looking up advice. What he has accomplished off just getting fruit is out of this world! Amazing, I inspire to those same heights. I wish u well in all your endeavors!

Yeah it's pretty interesting how vegan life style has changed your life so much!

I've been a vegan for about 4 months now. I did a vegan, glutton free cleans for a month because of my digestion and allergy  problems and after that, I just didn't have any tendency to go back to 'normal' diet! Then I came across freelee and started raw rill 4.

I recently came back from a long vacation and unfortunately felt off the wagon and so I decided to go fully raw for a week as a cleans. It felt really good being fully raw- though it makes eating out a but difficult. But I think what I'm gonna do is like 80% fully raw, 20% raw till4.

There are a few good markets here like Berkeley Bowl and Monterey market which I really like and I got to know the people who work there and get discounts on the fruits I get.

Not sure how the fruits are in East coast or anywhere else in the US though so I don't know anywhere to compare it with! Just been to NYC for a couple days and really liked the little fruit booths by the streets! But that's all I know from the East coast.

Are you a student there in Waltham?

Pretty well. How are you?

Your profile is very interesting! So how long you've been a vegan for?
