im in newcastle. 34 bananas is pritty good!! :O ~ i remember the first and last time i tried to take wor lass out..just around the block. she said her lungs hurt!! im looking forward to getting a new skinny to get out alot more and put in the miles. i need to to take it easy on my knees a little which means limiting the amount of time i run..which for me is a bit of a gutter! the bike ive got is a real tropper. shes been under trucks, ontop of bonetts but she keeps on going...though only just!! nothings that straight on her any more!
I saw on the chat from earlier today where you said:
"I used to get really cracked sore skin and dandruff. Applying coconut oil worked wonders for both. However drastically reducing my fat intake finally rid me of my remaining skin issues."
I would love to hear more about this. I have had trouble with very dry skin for a long time and I've even had people tell me to oil up, internally...really go for a huge amount of fat intake. Happily I did not try that!
Hello Stuart, Good to hear from you:) Nice to see you here too. Sorry for the delay. How is everything? Thanks for your support and spreading my work:) Great to hear that. I am proud of you. Been ok, I lost my younger Bro last Xmas eve. Been sad times. Best for you and 2011:) Peace, Jesse
Great to hear from you. I've recently become active on this forum once again and I have enjoyed reading some of your blog posts. They were highly inspirational. Keep up the great fitness progress. Spread the light :-)
Aww! Thank you- I'm so gutted I used to be camera phobic in the past, because I haven't got a before picture to show- I've changed so much, some people I haven't seen for a long time don't recognise me now!
I saw your blog post this morning re the issues with this lifestyle- exactly year ago I had a funny incident (not funny at the time), when the guy I was seeing invited me to a New Years party and half an hour before i meant to leave the house (I was already dressed up and ready) he sent me a text I can't come because of my weird diet and everyone else will be eating meat, so I'm not invited anymore! I couldn't believe it! Still can't, but now I find it hilarious and it has been an ongoing joke amongst my friends till now!
I sometimes wish I had a "fruity" mate I could see sometimes to feel less like a freak!
Take care

I have not had any noticeable effects of either mercury poisoning or barium poisoning and 2 of my kids have never had metal in their mouth. I can count my blessings there also. We do eat salads made of mostly organic cilantro, such good stuff! I look forward to reading more of your journey. I remember your video of the dolphins, that was incredible! Thank you again for sharing! :)
I saw that you are getting composite fillings. I recently found out that the white composite fillings that replaced the old mercury ones have a toxic metal in them called barium. My dentist had assured me that there was absolutely no metal in them but offered a print out of the material safety data. I told him no that it was not necessary, wish I had now. Apparently he did not know barium was a metal. With my son, we asked that his dentist use a product called diamondlite which she was happy to do. Anyway, just thought I'd give you a heads up in case you are going to a regular dentist and not one trained in mercury removal and bio-compatable materials which we have switched to now. Best Wishes!
Hey thanks for the great tips!
I actually been 100% raw for a while now, and I've been eating soley fruit for weeks, and usually monomeals. Occasionally simple salads and a few tomatoes. I'm hoping my nausea will go away soon :S
Bananas are great as they are so cheap, so I'm depending on them a lot of time. I also eat a lot of grapes and oranges though.
Again, thanks for your thoughts and nice to see you on here.
Hi Stuart! How do you do?
I'm a beginner in this lifestyle and your video of packing for a night over really opened my eyes. Thanks for sharing!
I can see you're a keen cyclist.. I hope I can go to Lake District one day.. perhaps when my study is over next year :D
Take care and have a great day!
