Soo sorry I couldn't make it. I had to work late yesterday and forgot to even say anything. But i do hope eventually we all meet one day. hopefully my schedule won't be crazy. and i hope you all had fun :)
Thanks for your compliment regarding my dental health knowledge J
Anyway, I find that brushing with baking soda feels unpleasant to my enamel.
I used to swish with baking soda solution dissolved in water but I now feel that it is completely unnecessary.
I never tried rinsing with hydrogen peroxide.
I haven't used a toothpaste or any other substance to clean my teeth for over 13 months (except on occasion as an experiment) and I am more and more convinced that we don't need anything else to clean our teeth except for water, soft toothbrush, water irrigator, dental floss, and our own saliva.
All the acid (such as from acid fruit) can be removed by rinsing with water and by using water irrigator. I brush once a day in the end of the day using a soft toothbrush with nothing on it. I floss often. And I do saliva swishing on a regular basis. Saliva contains everything necessary to restore the PH balance in the mouth and to repair minor enamel damage and gum issues.
The most important - I eventually learned to listen to my teeth and not to eat anything that feels uncomfortable.
Hi! I am interested in what do u think on the theory that human brain developed once we started eating cooked foods. According to the theory, this allowed us to bring in more calories in less volume, which resulted in one of our digestive organs to become extra and shrinking into appendix, and on the other hand, developing of our brain. And that is how we became the only species capable of complex thinking which allowed us to conquer the world. Thanks in advance.
