Hi Rawzilla, I sent you a message answering some of your questions, did you get it? You can come with your son, no problem, it will add fun & entertainment into the group!

Hey!!  The idea is that we all get along as a group, taking into account  everyone´s condition. The hiking can be quite intense, but we can do alternative plans as well (shorter hikes or just walks). As for the heat, it can be quite hot and sunny during the middle of the day (say 30ºC) but usually september is already cooler...

One's RBA is an educated guess; it's meant more to make a point than to be an accurate indicator of anything. Because this is in stark contrast to your chronological age, some people think it's silly, but it does have meaning. Here's a way to ballpark it:  If your chronological age is 50 and you're eating and living like the average person, you'll probably live to about 75. If your chronological age is 50 and you're eating the healthiest diet and have the most health-enhancing lifestyle practices, and you'll likely live to around 100, on a scale of 1-75 you're 37, and that's your RBA; your age relative to the general population. And if the person above has been following very healthy practices for less time than it takes for your body to completely catch up with healing and overall health restoration, you could say your RBA is 38 going on 37, or 42 going on 41. It's all relative, thus the R in RBA.

The reason the earth is spinning, is not because there's a motor somewhere turning it. It is spinning for the same reason a top spins. If you look at a top just after it starts spinning, it looks like it's spinning at a steady speed, but of course it is constantly slowing down. The earth is the same... it was put into a spin by who knows what, but it is momentum that is keeping it spinning, just like a top. The earth is always slowing down, but because it is so huge, it is slowing down veeeery slowly. And any changes to its axis will also change veeeery slowly... over centuries, not suddenly (unless a gigantic asteroid smacks into the earth).

Same goes for the earth's magnetic fields. What dictates where the needle on a compass points is the magma flow inside the earth. Yes, one day the needle will point to a different location than it points to today, but this will change sloooowly.

For reasons I don't understand, humans like to set dates for things. I can't wait to hear the explanations when nothing happens in 2012; I'm sure they will make perfect sense, even though the whole thing makes no sense at all.

Just wanted to mention that you left me a comment that began with...

Hi Don
I've read several times here in 30BAD, that when you're a raw vegan you don't need quite as much iron, calcium and possibly other nutrients as well. Do you know what the numbers are? I'd like...

...but I couldn't access it (what you see above is what is included in the email I get). Did you delete the comment after posting it? Anyway, please do send it again.

Thanks for the suggestion. I figured out how to add the links to my videos. They are awaiting approval. I left off the video about supplementation... didn't want to stir up a hornet's nest.

Teaching by example can work on many levels. Some people will only consider making changes to the way they live when they see significant changes in someone who is "on the path". Others will consider this info because they see someone whom they respect making changes that are considered to be positive changes. So you will be an example to different people in different ways. And you will positively affect the lives of people whom you may never meet. Vibrant health is catching, but only by those who are susceptible to it.

Tina,

LFRVFVNS is Low Fat Raw Vegan Fruit Vegetables Nuts & Seeds. Another popular one is FLRVHFPLG which is Low Fat Raw Vegan High Fruit Plus Leafy Greens. Me? I don't use any labels; if I'm asked what kind of diet I eat, I simply say "the diet humans are designed to eat." If the questioner wants more info, I'm happy to give some details.
