I mainly eat bananas most days as my staple....and medjool dates few days as my staple. I get in about 2,000-2,500 cals. Now that it's winter I eat bananas, medjool dates, grapes, berries, and half an avocado almost every night. I get in some greens too. I've been eating a lot of celery lately :)

hey :) i'm 16, 5'3" and about 100 pounds (basically i'ma really tiny person in general) and i eat 2-3k calories minimum, which is a lloooot of food for someone my size. but of course, it doesnt matter how much you eat on 80/10/10. and i run cross country& track for school and love it more than anything. :) you?
Hi Oriana, Thanks for adding me, Yea i do eat a lot of fruit, I feel like i never stop eating. Im not much of a runner, buti do alot of exercise classes which i absolutly lovE!!!! Definately want to get into running, it just takes me a while to get in to it. how much you eating in the day then? :)
Hi Oriana, thanks for adding me! :) No, I don't gain weight when I eat 7-10 lbs. of grapes, but I never restrict calories. In my past, calorie restriction and various diets weren't a serious problem--so maybe if you come from a history of poor diets, this may be harder for you to grasp. But fruit makes me VERY hungry in comparison to all other diets, even McDougall/healthy vegan diets. It's almost amazing how much fruit you can eat and not gain.
I'm still trying to lose weight. I have 25 more pounds to go. I eat fruit all the time, but its more like snacking. I don't eat alot, because I still have to loose. I do eat raw nuts/seeds which slows weight loss, but sometimes I feel I need that extra bulk.
Hi !!! thanks for the friend request !!! I'm still not eating the amount I should eat. I eat around 1200 calories, and I'm not lying down all day long.... So I guess that I'm still a calorie phobic.... I can't believe that I can eat 2500-3000 calories and be slim... I don't want to gain any fat (or the least I can if my body needs it.... I don't have a clue of my body fat percentage, but it's probably around what doug considers healthy... maybe 10 to 12 I don't know....) but I need and want to gain muscle mass... I'm 5'3 and weights between 85 to 90 pounds depending of how bloated I am.... I retain a lot of water... and get all puffy. anyway ! Enough about me ! you need to gain some weight too ? muscle and/or some fat ? what's your favourite fruit !?!!! right now I'm obsessed with cantaloupe and stone fruits... and berries in general, as well as my banana smoothies.... always the best way to up my calorie intake !!! Hi there Oriana,i am 173cms tall,and i eat as much as i need according to my level of activity.I run my dogs over very hilly terrain,i do advanced pilates,trampoline workout,and cycle.I will most likely be releasing an e~book i have a long history with 811,and 7 years of eating raw vegan.I have no idea what i weigh,roughly 60kilos i think now,its been ages and i have added some muscle to my body,so that's a rough guess .
Hey babe, lm a dancer, but love all kinds of sports - esp strength/cardio training and YOGA... Im 5ft 9inches. And yes l eat a lot, lve gotten to the point where l dont need to count calories anymore, but usually inbetween 3-4000 xx Hope that helps. Hope all goes well for u? cheers xx

Hey Oriana, thanks for the add! I am 5 foot 9 inches and lost about 22 pounds in one month and a half. I transitioned my diet to raw foods and simply ate until full each day. My calories ranged between 1,200 and 2,000 calories, I also made it a goal to not eat past 6:00pm at night. I did include a handful of sprouted nuts each day as well. I did exercise consistently for about 3 weeks during that time. Although, exercise is my weakest point. I have now increased my caloric intake in the last 3 weeks and have not had anymore weight. I am not recommending you restrict your calories because I did not do that intentionally, I just would eat until satisfied (which happened to not be that much). I am now trying to increase my calories as LFRV internet community recommends, just being patient to see if I will lose the last few stubborn pounds. I hope this helps you!
We've been shopping at Kodiak Fresh Produce in Phoenix. They are a produce wholesaler open to the public. We just walk in and buy produce by the case and get some fantastic deals. Other great values are Meekong Supermarket in Mesa (Asian market), Ranch Markets or Food City (Hispanic Markets). I mostly just buy my produce at Kodiak and Meekong.
Hi oriana, thanks for the add... I try to eat about 3000 calories a day. Dates, melons & mangos are my staples since I don't really eat bananas. It's been 6 weeks, & I haven't really lost weight, but I'm desperately trying to GAIN weight & I haven't done that either yet. good luck with your goals tho:)
