Maybe you're really stressed out because of school work or something and it's making you seek old comfort from the things you used to eat? I actually recently decided to try to pick myself up and start going completely hcrv but it hasn't worked yet. I'm guilty of eating spaghetti and tomato sauce. I'm still trying everyday though. :) Hope you'll be doing good.
