regarding fruits it can be hard sometime to buy loads of exotic fruits like mangoes or pineaple. but beside this difficulty (and the people whoe make it harder for you) i think its just right for me living in romania :)
As outside is warmer but still impossible to not wear a jacket, i cant stop myself wondering how it is to live in such a majestic country :) ...
I only go to Manila twice a year, for about 2-3 days each time and this is what I found so far:
Best HCRV-friendly place to shop and eat in Makati is the organic market at the Legazpi Village carpark. But only open on Sunday morning. :(
Second best option is Sugar Leaf. Last year I very much enjoyed the all-you-can-eat organic salad for around 400P. Closes early in the evening (7pm?).
I was also invited recently to the Corner Tree Café but was very disappointed: the salad was small (even though supposed to be for 2) and pricey.
I noticed that the Save More supermarket where I used to buy some organic vegetables have stopped selling them. Found some at Rustan's supermarket but no organic fruits there -- except for some organic dates, but very very expensive.
I see that you live in Makati. May I ask if you know some restaurants in that part of Manila that would serve dishes close to a 811 LFHC raw vegan diet? Or restaurants offering good organic salads and fruits?
Many thanks in advance for your suggestions and your time!

Hi!
Hello Frannie,
I see that you live in Makati. May I ask if you know some restaurants in that part of Manila that would serve dishes close to a 811 LFHC raw vegan diet? Or restaurants offering good organic salads and fruits?
Many thanks in advance for your suggestions and your time!
Cheers, Vincent
