Right on! Yup its a really easy read, went through the whole book in a couple days. There are a ton of great stories in it of people's transitions into 811 and some of the difficulties they went through before they really got the hang of it. Just start to up the overall raw meals per day, get enough calories in from fruit, and you'll do fine :] What type of yoga is it and about how many more hours do you still have to put in?
