Hi Calypso, I know Organic is much more expensive but try if you can to afford it.. The energy, vitamins, minerals etc totally blow the chemical monoclture agricuture sheep/cheap food off the table.. Try buy wholesale bulk organic, maybe eat more Mono, forage, wild food, backyard trees etc.. I used to go to Forest Glen each week no matter where Iived on the coast, I worked there too at one stage in the fruit section :) mmm But yea your health will love it and so will the environment for your Organic naturale.. Some motivation and inspiration for you maybe :)
