Hi again. Thanks for the response. I understand there was no harm intended. At 30BaD we do consider what you recommended to be calorie restriction though, as the advice given was to reduce (aka restrict) their calories below the 2500 minimum guideline.

Please review our guidelines in regards to this. As you may know, Megan Elizabeth is a member here as well, and friends with some of the pks. We have our calorie model here and ask that members refrain from recommending otherwise while on the site (what you do in your own time is for you to decide, of course).

hey julianna! i live in Burnside....so very close actually! Nice to have someone who is close for once! i always feel like no one is ever from Adelaide!
where about do you do your fruit shopping? Also, if you dont mind me asking, approx how much a week do u think u spend? only coz my husband and i are finding it extremely expensive at the moment...maybe its just because we are shopping at the wrong places!
would love to hear from you and pick your brain some more!

Hi Juliana, I am glad you liked my post. IMO I would definately stay with fruits, if you already can!!! I wish I could, but mentally I have some issues. And about the social thing, I have a old post about it in my blog. But I would say prioritize your health above all! In the beginning it can be hard, but after a while, people start respecting you more because they see that you are consistent! 811 is a action of selfrespect and once you show the world you respect yourself, it will respect you back. I lost a lot of aquintenses, but all whom where really bad for me, I realised. Even my best friend. And I got some new, really good, valuable ones! The change can be different, but not necessarily bad at all!
